About Me – Andrea Robson

I’m a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and GP Referral Coach with over 17 years’ experience in women’s health and fitness.
Over the years, I’ve taught a wide variety of fitness classes, worked 1:1 with clients, and supported recovery through physical therapy.
This diverse background means I know how to adapt, support, and challenge women at every stage of life — helping them train safely, effectively, and with confidence.
